Coming to Grandville April 14th!

For the seventh year in a row Grandville competitive cheerleaders will get together to celebrate their season and then gather around to watch their video documenting their trip to state. Well I am very excited to show you this years video, but it will have to wait until next week.  Until then here is a sneak peek.  Enjoy! and have fun on Monday.

Did I mention these guys are State Champs!  With so much tough competition, this was a huge accomplishment.  Congratulations Grandville!  GO DAWGS!!!

Hang'n with Champions!

We are off to GR again to go behind the scenes of Champions.  The Competitive Cheer State Championship is this weekend and we will be filming Grandville and Hartland as they prepare for this big event.  Don't let the word Cheerleading fool you into thinking of the chants you saw on the sideline at high school games.  These girls are pretty freek'n tough and prepare extremely hard to compete at this level.  If you don't believe me check out the video below.

This will be the 7th year we have filmed Grandville Cheer and look forward to continuing the tradition of capturing the intensity of each competition.  To see more Grandville Cheer videos from previous years check them out here or more cheer posts here.  We are looking forward to a great competition.  Stay tuned for more from this event.

Grandville had their annual banquet this evening to celebrate their year. As promised here is the full video.

Grandville has a strong tradition of placing at State since the early 90's.  Since 2002 they have also had their trip to state captured on video.  Grandville's year end cheer banquet is coming up this April. At the end of the cheer banquet, the team and parents gather around the years State Competition video to relive the the excitement of the competition. Thank you for allowing me to produce your video year after year, it has been great to be a part of such a special day.  Until this years banquet, here is a sneak peek of this years video. Go Dawgs!

Hartland's year end cheer banquet is this Thursday where along with recognizing their many accomplishments they will be viewing their State Competition Cheer video that we produced for them. Since it is under wraps until Thursday here is a sneak peek.

2007 State Cheer Competition

Amanda & I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes and film both Grandville and Hartland Cheer teams in their preparation for State, the competition, and through the emotions and excitement of the award ceremony. Throughout the years of filming Competitive Cheer competitions I have been amazed at the amount of work and athleticism that is required for this sport. Watching any of the previous videos, this is obvious.

The editing has begun and we are excited to create another exciting video for both teams. Until the editing is complete, below are a few stills from the video. Stay tuned for the release of the 2007 State Competitive Cheer Competition video.

GO DAWGS! - GHS Competitive Cheer

Grandville Competitive Cheer has had a long history of going to the State Competitive Cheer Competition and continues to do very well each year. Back in 2002 we started to capture the GHS Cheer team behind the scenes as they prepare for the big competition and throughout the State competition. By doing this through the years it become a great keepsake and even more appreciated after graduation, where they can go back and relive the memories. Grandville will be working hard again to continue on the winning tradition and we plan on being there to capture it all. GO DAWGS!

2006 CC Football Opener

Catholic Central Football has finished another good season as City Conference Champs. At their end of season football banquet they are showing the full length version of this video which includes highlights throughout the season. This is the opening montage to their seasons highlight video.
