Living our dreams...

Aaron and I are truly living our dreams... shooting alongside one another has been our dream since we began our videography business 9 years ago.  With my love for photography and Aaron's passion for video we have had many coffee chats about how one day we would shoot weddings together and both do what we love.  Until now, I have been Aaron's second shooter for video and he has been mine for photography.  Tianna and Will put a lot of confidence in us to capture their beautiful day in motion and in stills and we loved the opportunity to do it together for the first time!  Not only did Aaron and I get to shoot together, Amanda and Sara also made it possible and we are so grateful to them both!  Here is my sneak peek to their gorgeous day:

Claire {six months old}

It is so fun watching little babies grow and change... sweet Claire gets cuter and cuter every day and I love getting to capture it!  Enjoy your sneak peek!

an instant bond...

I liked Jeanette the instant I met her... there is just something about her and her name (my best friend growing up was Jeanette... and I have so many wonderful memories of times we shared) that made me feel like we have a bond :)  I was so excited to capture the miracle of her pregnancy for her.  She is only a little over a week away from her C-Section (i know, teeny huh?)  so I was so glad we got the opportunity.
Enjoy Jeanette, you are a simply radiant pregnant woman and mother!

Connections

I loved this family session, you could just feel the love and adoration they all had for one another and their connection was so fun to capture.  Enjoy Jami, I know you have been patiently waiting!  :)

and this was my favorite of the day... group hug!!  It was so cute as I was taking some pictures of mom and dad, the boys jumped in!!

It never gets old...

I love newborn sessions, the sweetness of their squeaks, the softness of their skin, the way they can sleep so soundly and peacefully, and the amazing cuteness each one I photograph has... it never gets old.  I am so blessed... enjoy your sneak peak Michael and Alysia, Talia is absolutely perfect.

My session with these sweet sisters was so fun!  I especially enjoyed these moments of them enjoying one another.

 
I really love the Oxygen Lounge in the newly remodeled H Hotel downtown.  It is sooo very eclectic and uber-chic :)  Vickie, the event coordinator extraordinaire :)  graciously allowed us to come in and get these great shots on the orange velvet chairs... LOVE them.  thank you Vickie!

I had a wonderful time capturing the love in this family!  Mom and Dad were clearly in love and it was so fun to pause these moments for them...  and the Butcher kids are always great with all of their ideas for poses!  Enjoy!
